Just a quick look-see, it does not look like the font is copied to the Fonts folder just registered. How about making the installer responsible for copying the font and it's registration, I mean this is a one time thing you don't need to have it in the app, just my 2 cents. (If you don't already try InnoSetup :) )

And when I use afonts(aFontList) I don't see any name that would point to the bar code font (.TTF) I was trying to add. Can you think of what could be not working?
