The value of a software developed in France, and even more so hidden in some parochial province, is never discussed per se. And quite a number of software companies that made it here chose to relocate their offices to countries with a better hi-tec sex-appeal and hide their gallic garlic-smelling roots. Business Objects did that in a smart way. As far as I am concerned, I started to sell here in Paris only when I relocated to Ireland. Go figure...

Considering that, the technical value of Windev is certainly great. I never touched it though but a couple of friends have and they loved it. But their local advert stuff is really below par and you can count me as a perfect snob:)
