>I want to download and install InnoSetup to try it for creating a setup for adding font(s). I found a page with options for InnoSetup download. I am trying to decide which one I should download. The options on the Download page are:
>1. Inno Setup self-installing package
>2. Inno Setup QuickStart Pack self-installing package.
I have updated my Inno a few months ago, and haven't seen any quickie in there (that I remember) - and I guess it's a bit of a GUI wrapper around the core functionality, just like the whole script it generates is actually running on its command line piece. Just get the whole thing, start with the
http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~InnoScripts~VFP and start adjusting your paths. From help, you mostly need to understand the various optional keywords that you can add to each line of the [files] section of the script.
When I had to learn this, it took me whole two hours until I got something usable. Then a dozen more runs to tweak a few features the way I wanted them. Probably among the most productive time of my working hours for that year (compared with dozens of hours wasted on ISLE, which just won't deliver).
