There is no denying that there is much to be admired about the European healthcare systems (especially Netherlands and France). There is also no denying that there is much to admire about the U.S. healthcare.

If the U.S. could keep its excellent R&D, emergency, and specialized care while providing affordable healthcare for all, that would be the best of both worlds. :o)
