I'm running VFP6 (preview rls) on NT Server 4 SP3, PII 350, 128Mb running various and sundry programs at the same time including Exchange Server, Outlook 98 (which means IE 4.01 SP1 as well) and RAS. (why you ask? It's a long story that has to do with 'easing' servers into my
frugal company buy using them as desktop machines in IS dept. until I can convince them it's necessary to be standalone).
Basically, my question is this. I mentioned above having Outlook loaded, because I know that runs IE which is part of DHTML help that comes with VFP 6 (I believe). I was working away and noticed my machine had a number of things open that I didn't want. I happened to have the NT Task Manager open to see process memory usage. Interesting thing is when I closed the help application, FOXHHELP.EXE stayed open.
Should this be happening? If so, why?
