may be a bit offtopic

you need the listenertype property (TYPE clause of REPORT FORM command).
A value of 3 (for what I understand) will create all pages. The result may be send page by page listeners OUTPUTPAGE method to a self defined preview or printer or what else.
The other way is to hook the listener that ships with vfp (BINDEVENT(loListner,'IncludePageInOutput',loHandler,'IncludePageInOutput_Help',1)) and set the return from the helper as needed.

I have a complete interface (altered preview + listener) that allows the user to mark pages as excluded. If it is not to urgend I can describe you the way to create it, since I can not share. ::(
