Hm,
I this is a yes no. I see no way via MAPI
but I know how to do under special cirumstances
assuming you have a local mailserver (some NAS will be enough)
now you store your mails on the NAS and the local PC will look at them via IMAP
on the server each message will be a single plain text file.
now you need access to the mail storage. Voilà!
