with ox.worksheets(1)
	ox.charts(1).chartwizard(.range(.cells(1,1),.cells(2,5)),-4100,4,1,0,1,1,"","","","")
endwith

BTW instead of test.xls you could set the cell values as :

with ox.worksheets(1)
 .Cells(nRow,nCol).Value = somevalue
 ...
endwith
