You seem to be reacting from the current conservative playbook: be against everything, latch onto every little thing and figure out a way to attack it

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but I think that you have us confused with the progressives. Figuring out a way to villainize and attack the opposition is a play straight from the book of Saul Alinsky, one of the great heroes of the progressive movement.

What I would really like to hear is what the Tea Partiers are FOR.

We are FOR a smaller, less intusive federal government. We are FOR upholding the constitution. We are FOR a fiscally responsible government that does not try to spend its way out of debt. We are FOR freedom of speech and healthy debate. As John F. Kennedy once said "Without debate, without criticism, no administration and no country can succeed -- and no republic can survive" We are FOR personal responsibility and individual freedom. We are FOR free market capitalism, not crony capitalism.
