My $.02,

We develop using several of the Visual Studio tools as well as several of the BackOffice components. Just getting the latest revs of all of these products, and any patches/service packs and betas, in one bundle, combined with the MSDN support has been worth it for us. I have to say that so far the MSDN support has been very good - much better that I expected.
