Yep, it includes Proxy Server. It's well worth it if you're going to use enough pieces. If you need NT, Proxy Server, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Office, it's probably worth it. One of the nice things is getting all the stuff you wouldn't otherwise buy. You never know when you'll have a need for some product even if just for testing purposes.
