I asked this same Q a year or so back. One reply said they were running an EXE of 15 MBs or so...there's no exact size limit, except what will fit in memory...My largest is about 5 MB, and has no problems at all on standard Win 95 with 16+ RAM. Size itself doesn't affect performance much...it's how and when you load parts of the EXE...
