I only have Silverlight 3.0 in my Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 release. Has Silverlight 4.0 been released, or is that going to be released with VS 2010? I am asking this because I want to know if it is Microsoft's intent to allow the developer to set the properties of the controls, such as StackPanel, the Grid, and all other controls?
