Sorry, I haven't looked at the whole thread. My assumption is that Naomi expects the table to look like this:
CREATE TABLE Test (ID int, Name C(20))
INSERT INTO Test (Id,Name) VALUES(1,"Tom")
INSERT INTO Test (Id,Name) VALUES (2,"Dick")
INSERT INTO Test (Id,Name) VALUES (3,"Harry")
