* Set up an ODBC Source as your Access .MDB in the Control Panel
* Open Up Visual Foxpro and Create a new Temporary Project
* Create an Empty Database and then add a NEW - REMOTE VIEW
* Select that ODBC Name as the Data Source
* Select ALL Fields to Display (Or all Fields you want to Import)
* Run the SQL View.
* Ctrl-F2 to Get to Command Window
* Copy to MynewFile.Dbf
