Hi,
I only asked about Dell because I've had a few in the past and been happy with them (unlike Peter I guess :-} )
That said, I'm also happy to consider other brands - just that, whatever the brand, it should be a multi-touch screen so I can try a bit of development with it.....

But I do want a 17" plus screen and it looks as if the Acer & HP laptops as both dinky little 11-12" models (and it's also not clear whether they actually support *multi* touch?)

UPDATE: After a bit of googling I still can't find any other 17" option.....
