I believe (you'll have to verify and if there is another option, choose it) it has the Dell Wireless 1397 802.11g Half Mini-Card which is flaky with some routers. I had problems with one in my moms' Studio 1737 laptop until we went to these router settings:

Of course that means that if you carry it with you to public wireless hot spots it may or may not connect...
