I checked the tables they are all 1252 for both. I did some more checking and what appears to be happening if I watch the data connection is when one user is in the database only a small amount of data will transfer to the client machine, however when more then one person is in the database it will transfer large amounts sometimes as much as 2 to 3 times the database size.

Any thoughts, I am at my wits end
