Now there are portable cds/dvds drives for them too (Just visit bestbuy and try them out). Of course when it comes to having enough memory and diskspace for those things the cost gets too close (or even higher) than a laptop and still no built in dvd/cdrom...

Thanks. I have never actually looked at one and had no idea you could write (meaning handwriting) on them or that they have e-reader level screen resolution and features. I thought they were similar to laptops only geared to surfing the net rather than desktop tasks and data.
