What is your browser settings?
I tried:
Western - ISO-8859-1
Western - ISO-8859-15
Cyrillic Windows-1251

w/o success.
Only on Unicode-UTF-8 I could sent a message (in preview it looks OK, but after I sent it all becomes question marks)
