The problem is that some WorkStations have local printers, some use network printers. I can't get away with changing it at the report level. Sigh, this stuff is just a lot tougher than it should be. I just wish APRINTERS returned a third column, stating the current printer, the windows default printer or something like that. Then we wouldn't need to go through all these contortions!
