They should contact whoever supplied them with the sync tool.
>A SQL client uses a handheld application that extracts from and inserts into SQL Server 2005 tables.
>I have an app that reads the inserted SQL Server data and processes it.
>There's a cradle that's used in a synch operation daily.
>The data I'm getting is good, and they're using my data OK, but the client reports that one out of 10 times, the synch application throws a message "SQL Error."
>I'm told that the synch application is using SSIS. which a total mystery to me.
>The mobile software vendor says "Contact your SQL adminstrator" and there is no administrator, so the client asked me for any help I can give.
>Any suggestions about where I should start?
