Hi Edward -- I gather that unless IE4 or some other download is installed, there can be an error that's popped up in a number of threads, something like Fatal Exception 00000005. I've only been paying part attention, but it's been in several threads lately. I have IE4, and haven't seen the error on my test machine, but not everyone here has IE4 so I'm a little concerned...
