I got a response from the Intuit community on this, namely:

"Yes, but you have to make a custom utility using Intuit SDK to do this - you can automate the import and payment process."

Amazingly, Intuit SDK is free, but Visual Basic is the closest it gets to VFP. Aren't VB and VFP connectible for things like this?
