I really think MS missed this copmmand as to getting a syntax that really shows what is happening. In a text file you may have DELIMITERS which are used to surround character type field, and you may have seperators (CHARACTER) which are used to seperate fields from each other. Your example says make a file that is delimited with _ and seperated by ;, so you get;

_ADM10012359325,029000007_;2010;__;_1411_;_Potencialmente favoráveis_;

Your second example uses the default delimiter which is the ".
