Wrox - Knight's 24 hour Trainer Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Integration Services is about $30 from Amazon. Good beginner intro and comes with a DVD of video presentations of the lessons. That would probably be enough to get you started.
Plan on doing this in SQL 2008. Lots of improvements from 2005.
