It was some modifications for dialog created by function SHBrowseForFolder() acros callback function (in cvp.fll - http://gorila.netlab.cz/download/cvp/cvpfll-0118.zip).
API function GetOpenFileName() support callback function and template dialog. It's possible hide left panel across hook function, but good way is create FLL library.
