This is how I did it ...assuming I'm right of course...

2 + 3 = 5 * 2 = 10
7 + 2 = 9 * 7 = 63
6 + 5 = 11 * 6 = 66
8 + 4 = 12 * 8 = 96
9 + 7 = 16 * 9 = 144
