Sorry Marcia but I don't think that you would be able to change something. I'm afraid the level of corruption is too deep. Anyway many others said that they would be politicians to make a difference.

To really make a difference you have to own a HUGE business or be the head of a HUGE lobby. Then you'll be able to impose things. Besides that I'm afraid that you'll be an additional pawn in the system.
