I would like to procure the services of a SQL Server 2008 guru for optimization and administration consulting and immediate on-call availability (including after-hours) for any emergency situations (as yet unrealized).

My current DB setup is two servers with SQL Server 2008 mirrored and a 3rd server as a witness. Database is small (less than 6GB). Application is 24/7 mission critical.

Who would you recommend?
