If Gary and I ever get married he'd want me to change my name. He doesn't care if I went back to my previous name (or "maiden" name ... and Kevin was so sure I would never use the word <g>) or if I changed mine to DeWitt. He just would insist that it not be my previous husband's name. Maybe that's why we haven't gotten married yet?!? <g>

Gwen hyphenated her name when we got married - which I think is incredibly stupid and causes all sorts of confusion. I told her before we got married that I would rather she keep her original last name than hyphenate. Well, for the first two years of marriage, we had tax return confusion and other billing confusion because of it. So....word of advice....don't hyphenate. :)
