Etecnologia still exists, is not in any sort of trouble and still is working at the compiler. However, they have been swamped with VFP work that needs to be done to pay the bills!

Nevertheless VFP.NET is core to their strategy and their recent billable work in VFP is tribute to that- because they have every intention of compiling it for NET in due course.
