I figured it out.

In the report's Data tab is a Generic Query Designer button. To the right of that is a Command Type drop down with 'Text' and 'Stored Procedure' in it.

Selecting 'Stored Procedure' has no visual effect. I then clicked the Generic Query Designer button again and the toolbar changed. Opening the Stored Procedure dropdown shows a list of my procedures.

I just want to say - This design is completely counter-intuitive. Whoever designed that is a moron.
