In this country I have no doubt that hundreds if not thousands of coin collectors and stamp collectors would be waiting outside of the banks/post offices to get their hands on these things on the first day they were available, and you can bet they would look at every detail.

I don't know how much interest there is in that stuff in other parts of the world. Personally I only care if I can spend it or mail it :)
