I pass the scx, the table that's bound to the form (keeping it simple with just one table) and the output file. I then copy the generated html into Frontpage98 so I can move the form fields around and dress it up. I used to have some code in Web Connection (prior to the DHTML rendering)
that did this. It worked OK, but only if the forms had a fairly simple
almost columnar layout. It fell apart quickly. Too many people bitched
about the limitations, which are understandable. However, HTML is not
a good medium to render live forms unless you design forms with HTML
in mind in the first place <s>...

That said, I'm curious - what are you doing in your code...

FWIW, I've been digging through some Netscape documents recently and it looks that there may be hope that they get a usable object model soon so that the DHTML form rendering will work with IE and NS - it'll still require a fair amount of work though.
