I wholeheartedly agree. My concern though is not with the graphics nor the text (I simply use that page to click on login and nothing else). However, my internet speed is not decent and yesterday when I visited first I got a black screen for seconds and then a strange gray background with nothing else. I was about to close thinking there is something wrong with UT and suddenly saw text and graphics started to show up. It is simply a pain to wait for a chance to click on 'login'.
