I know this is a wide open question......

This is my first attempt at a web page. I need to create a page that is a data driven tree of hyperlinks. I will want a textbox at the bottom that displays help text when the user mouses over a link in the tree.

I have zero experience doing ASP.net or any form of web development. I could use some direction.
