As I said in my original message, the same situation happened at least 6 times before.

The first time it happened in July 2008 from my work address. I then sent a private message asking to unblock me and next day the site was accessible - it may be because the IP automatically changed - I don't know.

Then the same situation happened in Dec. 2008 or Jan. 2009 from work (I don't recall exactly the details). The site was accessible again few days later. It was from a different work and IP address.

Then again it happened from work address somewhere in July 2009. It think then it happened once, then few days the site was unaccessible, then I was able to access it again, then again I was unable to access it.

So, now it's exactly the same pattern as it was before.

Each time ban followed by me posting a link to a website here in UT.
