Let's just agree to disagree about the last part. I think he has some great ideas, some of them long overdue. Like reforming our ABOMINATION of a health care system. Good lord, this has been going on for nearly 100 years! Since 1916, to be exact. That was the first time it was tried and failed. Every other developed country has figured out how to do it.

I am not backing off the racism statement. It said something good about us that we were ready to elect a black man President, only a few decades after lynchings and overt discrimination. When a young black man could be killed just for looking at a white woman. So we have made a lot of progress. I just think there are some who still aren't quite ready.
