So you need to provide something that can be linked into their system? is is a bespoke system or industry standard?

Some industries have standard communications formats, for example Hotels etc use the OpenTravel (http://www.opentravel.org), the pdint industy uses an agreed JDF format (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Job_Definition_Format) does something similair exist in the industry your working with?
