Latest versions of Sendmail (most prevalent smtp server) and SpamAssassin check blacklists extensively, so you can expect your emails to be blocked. You may get a bounce or they may simply drop the email.
Unless you can get the IP removed from the blacklist, you need to send your email via a different provider or server. First ask your own provider for an email server whose IP isn't on a blacklist. If they can't or won't give you one, you need another provider. Note that many providers limit the number of emails you can send to ensure that they too don't get abused by spammers and added to a blacklist, so check that carefully before spending $.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
