My customer is concerned about an operator transfering data (in DBF format and XLS format) via email, the data is sensitive and valuable.

He asks:
"Do you have any ideas how I can restrict the operator from accessing specific folders on the computer without affecting the Fox programs? Mainly the c:\Test directory and subfolders.

I don’t want him transferring files off the computer by emailing files to himself through outlook or webmail."

Any ideas on how thiscould be achieved, I did look at an encyption program a few years back, but never did anything with it.

I think VFP7 onwards came with an encryption class, but I think it was OS specific, which would a problem.
