>Set deleted on/off is scoped to the current data session, so you may have to issue it again in the form. Personally I never delete records, instead I have a logical field called reusable. When I add a new record, I first check for available reusable records. This is how "real" DBMS works.

I...re issued it in the form and i still see deleted records in my search but it doesnt fill in the text boxes as it used to
but when i set deleted off i can find them using search
