I create an EXE (in Visual ProMatrix, with the option "Tools - Product Builder - Build EXE"), but when I run it, it doesn't appear on screen. If I press Ctrl-Alt-Del, it doesn't appear under "Applications", but it does appear under "Processes", and stays there until I kill it. Any idea what can be wrong here? I already tried deleting the FoxUser table (in the same directory as the EXE).
