We're looking for a new installer program for our software. For the moment we are using InstallShield but owing to (certain) circumstances we want to use a more user-friendly installer.

Must-haves :
- We have 3 setup types with there own files to install (one type must install more files/folders than another)
- The runtimes of Crystal Reports 11 most be (easily) included (very important for us)
- A lot of third party software must be automatically registered (DBITech, other OCX-files, ...)
- Possibility to auto-install PDF-reader software (Adobe Acrobat)
- Good available tutorial(s), helpfiles, forum, (newsgroups),... places where we can get support

Does anyone know such an 'easy-to-learn' installer ?
