As I wrote in another message, we require that our users have a UPS on every PC, including the server and all routers/switches. If they don't have power backup, our contract says that they must pay roughly 100 euro per hour for the first fix, 200 for the second time, 400 for the third, 800 for the fourth, and so on. They will very soon get the picture.

But with the low prices for a UPS, and the extra security it gives, I rarely hear any complaints. On the contrary, our customers understand that we only have their interest in mind, and see us as very professional company.

>>>So in 20 years not one of your users has ever misbehaved. Turned off the PC in the middle of you app doing something etc. Thats impressively weird.
