My limited knowledge can only see two options then, the first one you will not like it, the second one, your clients will not like it :)

1 - Write custom code for each client (if possible!)
2 - Write custom code for one client and put it as a requirement to use your app

Ah, the third one is the less technical but very easy to do, put a button in your error form to copy whatever text you want into the clipboard and instruct them to open their favourite email program and paste the contents of the clipboard in the body :)

Sorry, not very good advice, just writing to easy my mind of my own problems :)
