Why build it in London. Why not put it on one of the old US air bases. People can get a bus to it. Its just another ghastly block to walk past.

Maybe they should design something more dynamic. When the US is pissed off with us it could be a single finger pointing at the sky amd when things are ok a more welcoming symbol.
