Hi y'all,

The view designer has a toolbar associated with it. Not a whole lot there, but it's useful for my needs. It would show up whenever I'm editing a view and when I'd close the view designer, it would also go away.

Today I accidentally closed the toolbar.

If I go to view/toolbas and enable it, the toolbar is constantly showed (regardless of whether I'm editing a view or not. If I close it, it never comes up.

How the $#&$*(# do I get it to behave the way it did before?
