Hi again Missy,

I had another thought on your problem. I'm not so sure that any solution that's been suggested would work. I may be wrong about this, but at least in my case, if ON READERROR were in effect, my rollover function wouldn't work because it's referenced in the Valid clause of the field. I don't know about Netlib's solution, and I don't recall Christof's off the top of my head.

What you could do is in the program called by ON READERROR modify the date accordingly. However, in a situation where a valid date was entered, 2/28/00, for example, it wouldn't correct it if the year 2000 was intended rather than 1900.

In short, you may have to scrap the ON READERROR in order to handle all cases.
